Today's lesson - My holiness blesses the world when I affirm and promote the inherent worth and dignity of every person

Today's lesson, number 37, from A Course In Miracles is "My holiness blesses the world."

We can't give what we don't have. We can't share what we don't possess. So the first step is to recognize the holiness within oneself, that Divine Spark, and then to recognize it in everything else we see.

We are asked in this lesson not just to recognize it but to bless it for in the blessing it is enhanced within our own awareness.

Unitarian Universalists covenant together to affirm and promote the inherent worth and dignity of every person. It is this affirmation and promotion which constitutes the blessing.
