The holy instant is a term in A Course In Miracles referring to the moment when we experience our oneness with the all, and realize that we are not separate, which some prefer to call "a perfect moment."

Yes, and so now we'll never know for whom the Tells bowled.
Everyone should attempt to have one perfect moment every day. A perfect moment is just sitting in a moment of lovely grace.
