Review of lessons 161 and 162
God is but Love, and therefore so am I.
Lesson 161 - Give me your blessing, holy Son Of God.
Lesson 162 - I am as God created me.
We forget who we are. We are as God created us and we are essentially One with the All. It is the ego which has separated us and divided us not only from God but from one another. This is sad, sad, sad. And yet, we remember from Whence we came, and are filled with peace and bliss.
In Alcoholics Anonymous, it is suggested in step three that we turn our will and our lives over to our Higher Power and stop with the separation already. In doing so we experience a miracle.
In Unitarian Universalism, we covenant together to affirm and promote the inherent worth and dignity of every person and in this affirmation and promotion we are blessed and are reminded who we are as God created us.
Take a few moments at the beginning and end of the day, and several times in between to remind ourselves that we are blessed as the creations of God and we are One with Everything with no separation and division. We are whole, holy. Get it?
