God created His Sons by extending His Thought, and retaining the extensions of His Thought in His Mind. All His Thoughts are thus perfectly united within themselves and with each other. There is a difference between singing alone and singing in a choir. There is a difference between reading a joke and laughing and telling a joke to another person and laughing together. God created human beings as extensions of God’s energy and we become conscious of this Transcendent Source when we manifest its loving energy to other things.
In Unitarian Universalism some of us covenant together to affirm and promote the acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth. These activities of acceptance and encouragement enhance the loving energy in the world.
Today it is suggested that we ask ourselves several times throughout the day, “What would love have me do and do it.
