A happy outcome to all things is sure.
In the ego world where we believe in our willfulness hell is created. In the world of Spirit (Love) a happy outcome to all things is sure. Which would you choose and rely on?
In Alcoholic Anonymous it is suggested, in step eleven, that we seek through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understand God, praying only for knowledge of God’s will for us and the power to carry that out. Pretty clear suggestion, right?
In Unitarian Universalism we covenant together to affirm and promote the goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all. Perhaps we should add the word “Love” also. Peace, liberty, justice and love for all. Okay?
Today, we are encouraged to remember that turning our wills over to God’s will, a happy outcome to all things is sure and God’s kingdom will come on earth as it is in heaven today, right now. Wow!
